Control Program (SPC)

Ace Precision Castings Statistical Process Control Program was implemented in 1981 to meet the increasing demands of our customers for zero defects, just-in-time delivery, vendor certification and  constant reduction in part-to-part variance.  Our SPC program utilizes the most sophisticated and modern techniques and statistical methods including control and X-R charts.  It provides us with the ability to develop production operations resulting in consistently high quality parts that meet your specifications.  Ace's quality control methods incorporate X-ray and Numerex measurement equipment. Our process control microcomputers and graphic records, advanced approaches to today's sophisticated and demanding quality requirements, are utilized in controlling our die casting process.
